What is Jumple Evolution Training?
Jumple training in rebound shoes is a special interval training: easy to follow jumping steps mixed with high intensity exercises. What makes Jumple Evolution unique is the structure of the class which has been built up to maximize fat burning and learning the right technique and skills.

Jumple Evolution is easily adaptable to all levels, from less trained to very fit people. In fact, it allows you to work at various levels in the same class, with the same music, because all its exercises are adaptable. The training plan designed for Jumple Evolution is unique in fitness and is based on constant progression, regardless of your starting point. Avoid stagnation to keep growing. *
What will you get?
During the 55 minutes workout we work on the entire body (strengthening and toning all of our muscles). We finish the class with a nice stretching and with a big smile on everybody's face!
To whom do we recommend?
Everybody who is older than 15 years old and who would like to improve their health through a fun and effective sport and who filled the PAR-Q questionnaire and fit to participate.
