1. What is the Jumple Evolution Program?
Jumple Evolution is a rebounding High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout with jumpers (rebound boots): easy to follow jumping steps mixed with high intensity power exercises. These classes combine cardio, strength, and balance exercises while wearing Jumpers boots. HIIT can help to decrease body fat, increase strength and endurance, and improve your health.
2. How do I enroll in a Jump Moves class?
1/ Register first! Go to the REGISTER page and fill out the registration form.
2/ Go to the Booking/Our Events page and choose a class from the calendar.
3/ Buy your ticket and you should get a confirmation email about the event
4/ Go to the MyAccount page and fill out the Jumple PAR-Q test and you are ready to go.
3. What should I bring to the Jump Moves class?
1/ Water
2/ Small towel
3/ Long socks : Mid calf/crew socks are long enough, the main thing that the socks should cover your calf or reach mid-calf.
4/ Wear comfortable sport clothing and have a positive attitude
4. Can beginners join Jump Moves classes?
Yes, of course. Jump Moves welcomes participants of all fitness levels, including beginners as well. Ask Jump Moves Instructor which class is suitable for you. She always offers beginner friendly sessions every week. On every Jump Moves class, Niki Instructor offers variations of exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and gradually increase the intensity as participants progress.
5. What are the benefits of regular rebound exercises, like Jump Moves classes?
1/Regular rebounding can burn 25-30% more calories than other exercises.
2/ Due to the jumping effect, rebound exercises help to strengthen every cell and muscle in the body and it’s a low impact exercise which reduces impact on joints, ligaments up to 80 % and suitable for various fitness levels.
3/ It can promote fat loss: reduce body fat and waist circumference.
4/ Regular jumping leads to overall muscular toning, improves coordination, strength and balance.
5/ Increases Cardiovascular Endurance: increases lung capacity, improves physical endurance and oxygen consumption. Reduces heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar.
6/ Stimulates the Lymphatic System: helps your body get rid of toxins through increased lymph drainage.
7/ Boots Immune System: studies show that rebounding improves the body’s immune system and ability to fight off infections, expels toxins from the body.

6. Are there age restrictions for Jump Moves’ classes?
Jump Moves classes are suitable for individuals aged 15 and older.
7. Do I need to buy these special boots (Jumpers, KJ boots) for the class or can I rent them?
No need to buy them, you can rent them from Jump Moves. When you register just mention your shoes size and the class fee (AED 95) already includes the boots rental fee.
8. What is the cancellation policy for Jump Moves’ classes?
You can book your spot in advance and cancel or reschedule your class any time but not later than 24 hours before the event. If you cancel the class with at least a 24-hour notice, it will not incur any penalty and your spot can be offered to someone else. If you cancel the class within the 24-hour window, you will be charged with the fee you paid during booking as the spot can be challenging to be filled at short notice.
9. Is it safe to use these rebound boots (Jumpers, KJ boots)?
Yes, these boots are designed with safety in mind. The rebound effect of the boots helps reduce impact on your joints while providing an effective workout. However, it’s essential to follow Jump Moves Instructor’s guidance and use proper form during exercises to prevent injuries.
10. How long is a Jump Moves class?
The duration of the Jump Moves classes are 55 minutes to an hour, including warm-up and cool-down periods.
11. What can I expect during a Jump Moves class?
A typical Jump Moves class consists of a warm-up, various cardio and strength exercises using rebound boots, and a cool-down period. Expect a high-energy and fun-filled workout experience!
12. Are Jump Moves classes suitable for people with joint issues or injuries?
Rebound boots are known for their low-impact design, making them suitable for individuals with joint issues or injuries. However, it’s essential to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have specific health concerns.
13. Can I burn calories and lose weight with Jump Moves classes?
Yes, Jump Moves classes provide an excellent opportunity for calorie burning and weight loss. The combination of cardio and strength training can help you achieve your fitness goals when coupled with a balanced diet.
14. Are there any contraindications to participate on Jump Moves classes?
Jump Moves classes can be a fun and effective way to exercise, but there are some
contraindications to consider. It’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before
you start exercising.
Absolute contraindications: (Not allowed to participate)
• Cranio-vertebral instability
• Retinal detachment
• Pregnancy
• Being under influence of alcohol or drugs
Relative contraindications: (Medical consent is needed before you start exercising with
jumpers)
• Cardiac, Circulatory, Respiratory problems or Diabetes
• Dizziness/Nausea
• Epilepsy or another type of nervous system disorder
• Bone or joint problems/prosthesis
• Skin problems, open wounds, surgery, or recent medical intervention
• Hernias or prolapses
• Incontinence
• Sensory impairments, physical or mental disability, behavior disorders
• Gastrotomy/ colostomy or gastric reflexes
