PAR-Q is a resource to detect any health problems in people from 16 to 65 years old, before engaging in a physical activity programme. We have added some items specific for exercise with jumpers.

No to all questions. It is reasonably safe for you to participate in physical activity in your current state of health.
Note: If your state of health changes or if you detect any discomfort during a Jumple session, you must inform your Jumple instructor so as not to compromise your own health and safety.
Yes to one or more questions. You should go to your doctor with the Jumple Medical Consent Form and clarify if it is safe for you to join our sessions in your current state of health or ask for recommendations so you can participate.

Important. Exercising with jumpers is totally contraindicated in persons with any of the following conditions:
• Cranio-vertebral instability
• Retinal detachment
• Pregnancy
• Being under influence of alcohol or drugs
